A false image who is causing issues and complications in relationship is EGO.

I’m sorry but what you are talking about is not “ego”, it is “id”. Ego is the good, rational, balanced middle between the selfish id and conditioned super-ego. I generally like your writings but seriously, if you are going to write about psychology you must at least learn the basic terms…
